We are looking for an experienced and skilled BI Analyst to join our small team. You will take ownership of analytical projects and drive innovation in data analysis.
What will you be doing?
In this role you won’t simply develop dashboards and reports, you'll play an active role in defining what, how and why we track and measure KPIs. Collaborating with teams across the company, from product to customer care, you'll gain insights into their needs, dive into the data and create solutions.
Independently solve problems, analyse data, and answer questions using Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, Superset, or any other affordable tool you're proficient with.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
Work with different teams to define problems, gather requirements, find data, and select the tool to solve the problem.
Identify patterns and trends in data that can help optimise business processes.
Be a point of contact for all things data and numbers in the company.
Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making.
Contribute to broader analytics projects and support team members.
Who are you?
Strong communication skills in English.
Solid experience in BI, ideally within digital products, e-commerce, iGaming or similar.
Experience working with transactional datasets.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Python, Superset, or any other BI tool.
Experience working with different teams to define problems, gather requirements and find data using the appropriate tools.
Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
Understanding of data principles and best practices.
You enjoy being part of a fast-moving team where you take initiative and get things done.
Able to communicate clearly and explain data and findings in a simple way to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small cross-functional team.
