Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our five leading brands. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with primary responsibility for paid search across Google Ads and Bing Ads, combined with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in continuous optimisation. You will play a key role in scaling acquisition, improving ROI, and identifying growth opportunities across our digital channels.
What will you be doing?
Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
Own the full PPC funnel: keyword strategy, structure, bidding, ads, landing page performance and conversion optimisation.
Continuously analyse performance data and translate insights into concrete actions.
Drive improvements in CPA, ROAS and overall marketing efficiency.
Work closely with our teams to ensure alignment between traffic, messaging and brand positioning.
Support and collaborate on SEO initiatives, including keyword insights, search intent and performance analysis.
Stay up to date with platform updates, automation, AI tools and best practices within performance marketing.
Who are you?
Proven experience working hands-on with Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid search mechanics.
Comfortable working data-driven and making decisions based on results.
Good understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search work together.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar.
Structured, curious and proactive, you enjoy testing, learning and optimising.
Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
