We're looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team and deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on player satisfaction. Based in our sunny Malta office, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team with a great culture, helping us continue to provide a first-class experience for our customers. What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact to our customer with customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information and support to players regarding games, promotions, accounts and technical issues.
- Handle customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve them on first contact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with account verification processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer).
- Monitor and report on player feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, game updates, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
Who are you?
- You’re a native Swedish speaker with fluent English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have worked in a customer support role, ideally within the iGaming environment or similar.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy supporting others, and work well as part of a team.
