Junior Business Controller

Are you fresh out of university or entry level position and ready to jump into the world of iGaming and tech? We’re looking for a curious, driven and ambitious Junior Business Controller who wants to fast-track their career by learning from every corner of our business. This is not a back seat role, you will see how we make decision and get involved in a variety of projects. With exposure to Finance, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations and Tech, you’ll see how all our moving parts fit together while bringing your own fresh perspective. We’ll give you the support and freedom to grow, but we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, ready to learn fast and make an impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contribute to preparing budgets and forecasts, gathering input from different teams.
• Working with senior team members on financial models.
• Work with financial and operational data for reporting.
• Support the team with building financial trackers and dashboards.
• Evaluate investment opportunities from assessing marketing campaign performance and ROI, to reviewing business cases.
• Help identify cost saving opportunities or efficiency improvements.
• Spot patterns, risks and opportunities.
• Help document and improve processes.

Who are you?

• A recent degree in business, Finance or economics or related field.
• Sharp analytical and numerical skills, working with data and spreadsheets.
• Curiosity, drive with a growth mindset. You want to learn and hungry to make that happen.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with commitment and determination.
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with Excel, G-suite.
• A genuine interest in the iGaming/tech space.
